It incorporates a light screen, music, dancing and pure motivational energy to unlock emotion, surprise, satisfaction and triumph within the minds and hearts of your audience. Individually known for their ability to deliver powerful motivational speeches, Jonathan Neal and Pearl Rovaris MacDonald combine their considerable stage and speaking talents to provide your audience with a series of influential and motivation messages. Although perfectly capable of captivating an audience individually, Pearl, Jonathan, and Tarah Jehlik, nationally known dancer and owner of The Dance Factory, bring to life a uniquely innovative, modern approach to the world of motivational speaking.

“The power of AWE” is broken into four different segments, each designed specifically to provoke thought and stimulate positive action. In order to put the audience into the most positive frame of mind, each segment opens with a darkened room and a song being played. The song connects to the underlying topic to be addressed. The intent of the music is to stimulate the audience audibly. The eyes are stimulated through the use of a light screen which, from behind, Tara performs her interpretation of the different songs. Using the music and dancing as appetizers for the eyes and ears, your audience is now ready to receive motivational and inspiration messages from Jonathan and Pearl.
